- BXL746, a Vitamin D3 analogue that has yielded positive preclinical data in the prevention of post-surgical adhesions and is ready to move into a Phase I study (IND received)
- Elocalcitol, which has shown efficacy and safety in clinical studies in BPH
- Proprietary technology associated with TREM-1, which plays an important role in acute and chronic inflammatory responses, including in inflammatory bowel disease
- A large proprietary library of Vitamin D3 analogues
