In the early stages of drug development our strategy is to select and retain programs that fit with our main areas of interest while looking for expert and committed partners to drive forward programs that fall outside the key indications.

In order to maximise our success rate we also believe that combining internal projects with in-licensed programs is the best way to proceed, as this approach helps us to enrich and diversify our pipeline portfolio.
